  • How do I know my ring size?

    The best way to find out your ring size is to visit a local jewelry store. Measure each finger and make note of it. This will save you a lot of time.

    You can also use our ring size guide, but there is a lot of room for failure as every mm counts.

  • Why is some of your jewelry bright and some dark?

    Some of our jewelry is oxidized and some are not. Oxidized silver gives sterling silver a black patina. It highlights an antique or tarnished look. The process consists of taking clean sterling silver and using a chemical (liver of sulphur) to treat it.

    If we oxidize the piece or not really depends on the piece itself. Some items just look better with a tarnished effect and some look better with a bright effect.

  • What is the difference between stainless steel and sterling silver?

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes! We ship worldwide.

  • What shipping options do you have?

    We ship with Postnord in Sweden , as tracked first class letters.

    For international orders we offer both non-tracked shipping first class letters and tracked first class letters in different price points.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 6 working days of the order being placed.

    Allow up to 5 working days for orders placed within Europe to be delivered and up to 20 working days for orders placed outside of Europe.

    Customs processes sadly tend to take a lot longer since the pandemic.

    Please observe that this could be altered by a number of factors beyond our control, e.g. placing an order on a holiday may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery time. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will be sent an email with your tracking info once the order has been shipped.

    Please note that orders made with the non-tracked shipping option cannot be tracked.

RETURNS

  • How do I return my order?

    Products are refundable or exchangeable for store credit, only in the circumstance that it is returned within 14 days of receipt. 

    For us to accept the return the item must be in unused condition with labels and original packing kept unblemished.

    To request authorization for a return or exchange use the contact form, include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • I got the wrong size, can I return it for the correct one?

    Ofcourse! We will happily help you get the right size. Check our returns page for more info :)

  • When will I receive my refund?

    We process refunds manually every other week, you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

ORDERS

  • Why haven't I received my order confirmation?

    You have most likely typed the wrong email or received it in your spam folder. If you cannot find it contact us and we'll send you a new one.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes! If you contact us before we have processed your order we can cancel your order.

  • Why is x item not available in my size?

    It has most likely been sold out! We restock items every now and then.

    Click the "EMAIL WHEN AVAILABLE" button on the product page to be notified when it is back in stock.

JEWELRY CARE

  • Why is my jewelry getting discoloured?

    Your jewelry has most likely been tarnished. Tarnish occurs when the surface combines with for example sulfur, body oils, makeup, sweat. It is normal. When silver combines with sulfur it creates silver sulfide which gives it a dark / black effect. Jewelry needs care and needs to be cleaned with time.

  • How do I keep my jewelry in the best possible condition?

    - Avoid contact with water

    - Avoid wearing in high temperatures (while sweating excessively)

    - Keep it away from humidity

    - Remove when exercising

    - Avoid perfume, body lotions, hair sprays and other chemicals

    - Remove before going to bed

    Keep your jewelry stored in the provided pouch or air-tight box to avoid scratches.

    Avoid cleaning your jewelry with water, soap or other chemicals. Instead, rub with the soft dampened cloth provided with every purchase.
